               At Concorde we do our best to insure the best quality is delivered to our customers. We also use the best business processes and partners to insure the delivery of our goods at the right time in the best condition. REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY AND INSTRUCTIONS

 -      Returns are accepted within 14 days from the shipped date. Please note all merchandise may not be returned for a refund; unless received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and with all tags attached. 

-      Shipping costs can only be refunded on faulty items that have been purchased separately. Shipping will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the invoice when a faulty item is returned.

-      Please note that any additional cost incurred due to currency conversion will not be refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer.

-      You can exchange the merchandise by visiting one of our stores, see stores Location.

-      Your Invoice must be present when returning merchandise to a store.

-      Our prices are subject to change. All exchanged items  shall be exchanged at the new prices.

-      Non -Returnable items include,
